I can see these tags, she did break into his resident and installed cameras to spy on him so she could better monitor and exploit his actions/reactions. While some hope he's aware and maybe setting her up... highly unlikely with her spying on him one way, the only way this would change is if he bugged her room before she did his and it's two way (him reacting to how she's reacting towards him, also most would consider it really creepy if he did this to her first).
