@Doopington I think it was pretty obvious that such a small daughter spending so much time god knows where is pretty suspicious. Though her clothes were always neat and she seem to be in proper health.
@mommunism Why though? Well, dad's troublesome personality aside, it could be regarded as mature thing to do - to not cling to the past or try to connect improbable fates. Tell me, are you obligated to date a person you dated sometime in the past life? Or even in the past in general?

@kwendy You don't get to marry someone else just because your SO has a "troublesome personality" that you already decided to accept, and I don't know how his personality is troublesome at all. His main character trait is loyalty if anything, which is exactly the opposite of what the daughter is encouraging. And it's hilarious that you would even consider calling loyalty to an SO "clinging to the past." You are not obligated to date an SO, but deciding you no longer love someone that you married just because you have a new body is incredibly shallow. And they clearly still do love each other, so I don't know why you're even bringing all these irrelevant points up. I didn't call the mom shitty. I called the daughter shitty. She's trying to split a couple who loves each other and who birthed her. No remotely decent person would ever do that.
