@TrapCard113 I feel it is less of the tech being useless more so than the tactics of a single soldier causing problems for him. If he shoots to incapacitate and leave for dead, then they have the chance to heal themselves, causing those bullets to have gone to waste. It is probably difficult to heal yourself if your brain is a splatter behind you.

That's a really good first chapter, the story has a lot of potential and it's gritty without being ridiculously edgy.
If it continue to be nicely balanced and interresting, seems like we could have a fine manga coming out of the isekai mountain of trash.
