Hanako has been used to comment on other characters' thoughts and feelings in these last couple of chapters. I wouldn't necessarily say the focus is necessarily on her more that she is a handy PoV character to provide a summary and exposition of where things are right now.

I don't expect a big resolution thing in 3 chapters time. I would probably be more disappointed if the author suddenly dropped a big clanking resolution out of nowhere. It's still been a very nice manga up to now though.
