Seems like the main character is extremely proficient in cultivating methods, abilities, tools and dealing with the dark side of society, but zero experience in handling or considering the feelings of women interested in him as a person. As for the poor officer, while the pill only provides him with a small amount of energy it turned the poor girl into an amazonian warrior who cracks the floor and makes the building shudder with every step, enhances both curves and muscles to crazy proportions, extended her hair to floor length which flutters with the energy given off by her body, and a healthy glow that'll never go out and keep her up all night. That and a bottomless appetite, especially for rare meat, to maintain all that.
