The reason people don't like this manga is simply because the author has holes in his/her basic writing skills. lol Consistency/coherency, characterization , goals, exposition.

A comment somewhere in the early chapters was like "He seems to get in trouble everywhere he goes" or "he's like a superhero" or something like that. That's kind of what I see in this story.

This is just a series of random encounters. lol I don't think it's supposed to be taken as a serious story, if you think of it as light entertainment you might enjoy it more.
