Basically this is a carbon copy of the Common Sense of a Duke's Daughter. Right down to the idiot prince and manipulative b*tch he's attached to. Though the male lead in this one is quite a bit more interesting.

So the story beats are a little faster paced than Duke's Daughter (and that's good, because that story's story beats was all over the place and atrocious) but the tropes are basically the same and that's gross.
