The prince literally sexually assaulted her and got away with no consequences? What the hell is wrong with this manga author? It looks like he lost his common sense while writing such a bad manga.

This author was weak on the punishment, because there was none.
Putting a dark tone in one chapter and not even delivering proper justice.

If they live and still have some standing, problems can be made by those three in the future.

Royals cannot do shite although this is fictional but since the people's opinions are somewhat of a factor, the Constitution of 1791 that the king’s power emanated from the people and the law, not from divine right or national sovereignty.

So the people and law would have these trash punished by Jail, execution, or (or more nicely)servitude...(Slavery)

The King should be limited in power as he would need to please the people and the most powerful person now in this situation, Our kind hearted Demon King.

Most are not realistic; In real life, these 3 would either be stripped of their rank and imprison or executed.
Royals killing each other and taking the throne was common in history, if one screwed up badly it easily meant death.

Which the ex-crown prince should suffer for.
