Only downside is the Asshole and the Bitch not getting punished. Forget HARSHLY punished (oh, Rise of the Shield Hero, how I loved you). They weren't punished at all.

Btw, LN continues, then, if I understand correctly? Like, not only "extra stuff" DURING the story here, but actually after?

@EVReborns The problem I have with that argument, "they'll live with what they did", is that the person using it is under the mistaken impression that the criminal has a conscience. A serial murderer doesn't have a conscience, so they won't regret their actions. Hence why a punishment should ALWAYS be delivered.
And in this case, these 0 OBVIOUSLY have 0 remorse.

Claude is adorable must be protected at ALL times!! I really liked it, until the end. They really threw logic and reason out the window. Those Cedric, Marx, and Lilia shouldn’t have gotten off so easily. Do I need to reiterate that the three of them kidnapped, chained, and bound her to a bed so that Cedric could r*pe her!?! It kind of disturbs me how sexual aggression or sexual assault is handled so lightly in some of stories. Even so, the ending was underwhelming and unfulfilling. The rest was really good though!
