I'm Not a Villainess!! Just Because I Can Control Darkness Doesn't Mean I'm a Bad Person! - Vol. 1 Ch. 6

Wow. A plot twist. I did not in any way see that coming. I'm totally surprised. 🙄

I have been warned earlier but man, the reincarnated MC is so annoying... I get the trope "reincarnated villainess is nice, reincarnated mc is awful" but this "otome mc" takes the cake in being very condescending of the world and others...

I wouldn't be surprised if this girl also died young. I guess it's easier to go along with the story if you expect good things to happen to you.

That'd be too easy mate.
Make the idiot heroine do embarrassing stuff first like acting just like in the novel like a moron then reveal reincarnation from modern japan for extra impact!

So what, does the reincarnated "heroine" just think the world is supposed to completely match the plot of the novel without any effort on her part to make it as such?

Now that i think about it...
The guy on the cover is ronald or the 1st prince ?

Anyway, i think ronald will be a interesting character later, unlike miss light.

@Drake68655
That’s exactly what she probably thinks. There’s quite a few “heroines” that think that way in these type of stories and some like this
https://www.novelupdates.com/series/akuyaku-reijo-ni-koi-wo-shite/
Where the world will push and influence everyone to act a certain way to make the story progress as it should, despite efforts to prevent a bad end or the stupidity of the heroine.

What's up with all these dumbasses in reincarnation mangas that just spill everything at the 1st occasion ? Do they just want people to think they're nutjobs ? Why would they ever do that ?

You know.... I feel like the original novel’s protagonist and antagonist personality has switched. Maybe, their reincarnation got messed up? Our MC was supposed to reborn as the one blessed by the light while the other girl should have been blessed by the dark. But because their reincarnation got messed up, they were able to receive their memories from their past lives? Well, it just seems like that.

@Drake68655
That's exactly it, the heroine thinks the world will go exactly as the novel and she doesn't need to put in any effort.

@PatateAuMiel Because they think this new world was made for them and is predestined towards a favourable outcome for them. They don't see others as actual feeling people, just pieces in the path towards their so-called inevitable win.

@Silverlotus We still not sure whether their behavior will change based on the fact that one route will lead to death. That might be enough to change the behavior in order to avoid that.

@Silverlotus Nah, this is just an overused cliche of heroine bad, villainess good. It is so overused in a lot of isekai otome novels that it actually lowers my opinion of said novel if they used it because it is just so generic. There are good ones tho but a lot more crap ones

In this house we stan a queen who defies racism and fight for her right to have peaceful lives with her dark skin

Or you could try just talking to her and making her aware this isn’t a game dream world.

Crazy idea, I know.
