@Miranox I'm not gonna disagree, but at least it's refreshing because the MC isn't just handed everything like in a normal isekai. He's gotta polish his bullshit skills. And he doesn't automatically know all his subordinates and everything about his surroundings, unlike Ainz.

i understand the overlord comparison
but there is a huge difference
Ains is an experienced player of that world and is using his own character
this MC has not experienced that world, he just got thrown into the lions den without any information
and his not even using his own body, so he has to adapt to the information of what kind of person he is
and what power he has.
this is a normal reaction when you are suddenly thrown into a world in war, so many things happening at the same time
sure he can do better, but its realistic for a person to do this way.
if you prefer OVERLORD STYLE, GTFO
this is slow build MC
