Happy with this development. I thought it was getting weird how she kept hanging out with him, and apparently so did she. Kid's going to need to grow up.

I do love how tricky he is though. It's refreshing, a male MC who isn't afraid to use some underhanded tricks to get the attention of the heroine.

I mean, these first three chapters are basically a repeat of the entire plot of The Garden of Words, so it wouldn't even be the first time we've encountered a story that ended in such a manner.

Thus, if this manga really does end here, it's going to completely be overshadowed by Garden of Words. Oh, not because of Garden of Words's excellent artwork, animation, and directing.. but for this manga's lack of shoes. Garden of Words made it clear that shoes are very important plot devices. Well, we don't know for sure that this manga is over yet, right? So there still should be some time to.. shoe some in.
