@PawPadKnight adventurers aren't exactly soldiers and guilds aren't exactly companies either. So adventurers aren't exactly their resources nor their direct responsibility i.e I don't think missing adventurers are exactly of their concerns. Especially if you consider them more off mercenaries, the forest is known to be dangerous, and the adventurers from chapter 1 went into the forest without an actual quest assigned.
