You know, if all people had immortality, theres no reason for machine guns or helmets.
Most head wounds are fatal, so getting one would result in a full restore, so why helmet?
Machine guns are the same.
Actually, warfare would be a really different thing here
What would make sense is bladed or blunt weaponry to maim and cripple people for capture.

Plot hole?
Basically you can bleed to death from 2 to 5 minutes from a single gunshot or stab wound... and that's only if we're talking about bleeding out, not to mention that there are other places in the human body besides the head where damage can cause instant death.
