I think it's an error from the uploader, it's really the first chapter, I could find a japanese website which post RAW chapter.

Two volumes of this were published around 2014-2015. Having looked through the two books, I rather agree with the guy who scanlated the first chapter: this series plays too much with stereotypes. I was born and raised in the USA, but have lived in other countries, and Japan isn't the only place with strange ideas about America. Hollywood is often the only lens through which non-Americans see Americans, and Hollywood paints us in a rather skewed way.
