I feel bad for the maid., who got killed by Noel. I'm certain they will develop this point further later in the manga, since they kinda glossed it over being in a hurry and wanting to escape and such.
This blonde villain is the wort kind of villain. Being a wannabe rapist makes him even more disgusting. I hope he gets humiliated later, because that's usually the weak point of those mighty abusive guys. Getting stripped of their power and being powerless.

Is it? I'm having trouble telling since she's using <Search> and <Concealment> (to hide the collar and wrist restraints?). She also used the analysis one to read people's information. So it honestly seems a bit hit or miss on what magic she can and can't use unless I'm misunderstanding something....

Noel broke the chain from her handcuffs, allowing her to move freely, but the magic sealing collar is still in place.

Those are skills rather than spells, which have no verbal component, and she mentioned they weren't affected by the magic seal. <Concealment> was hiding her presence, suppressing things like smell and sound to make her harder to find.
Looking back at the first chapter, the analysis and item box aren't listed as skills or magic, so they may be associated with the title "Traveler from Another World"? Not sure how that part of the system is working.
