Rendering chapter comment thread titles in an understandable manner appears to be implemented in some places and not others.
Examples:
While this is not a priority, it would be nice to have consistency, especially since this functionality already exists. Especially in the page <title> for viewing the thread, since at that point the data has already been fetched, one would assume.
