Increment for Preload images (0 to 20) to (0-100).

Hi good day,
As a daily reader in Mangadex, I have come across a small hassle upon loading chapters.
The setting for preload images as we have known can reach up to 20 images, but some manga can reach up to 50+ images. This problem of mine while reading per chapter while having a slow-medium of internet speed can hinder the loading of all chapter.
For example, while reading chapter 1, i already loading chapter 2 in the next tab, thus going to setting (advance setting) then clicking "Preload this entire chapter" makes some small hassle.
With this a small suggestion to increase the preload images upon opening a chapter to 100 can lessen the hassle.

I hope this can also help other.

EDIT: Or add a Check Box that "always preload the entire chapter" so that User will not do it manually.

Yeah that is true but how about the 2nd tab i open it will only load up to 20 images then to load everything i have to go to settings again then Preload all images again.

Well sometimes it's fast, sometimes is slow. When it was slow, i open all chapter with multiple Tabs then read it later but to load all chapter i have to go to settings per Tab to Preload all images.
