Just because it has a horn in the middle of its head it doesn't mean it is a unicorn. No wonder, it's a mangadods + heroz project...
@Tesla@isoujiX 麒麟 (Qilin/Kirin (Japan)) it's a mythical creature that is akin of a Chimera. Often times it's translated to English as "Unicorn" (there are depictions of Qilins that only have one horn). In any case, it should've been translated as One-horned Qilin. Anyways, it's better off using its Chinese name to avoid any kind of confusion (who needs TL notes anyways?).

Especially considering it appears in other works as well. You’re very likely to encounter it if you look into eastern fantasy, since it’s considered a mythical creature that’s close to the level of dragons or phoenixes.
Its appearance is quite reminiscent of a chinese dragon, but on four legs imo.
The biggest problem with translating it as an unicorn is that, well... it doesn’t always have one horn.
