For a more detailed explanation of the debate:
Up till I stopped scanlating kuro, I tried to adapt the Japanese honorifics to best match english equivalents, however there are *some* (I would argue, rare) cases where this is impossible because the English language lacks this nuance.
Personally I prefer English honorifics because I feel like having some -sans and -kuns just *isn't* English, and looks weird when you're reading English literature.
So yeah, trade off between nuance lost and language consistency.
Anyway, so now you have the full picture, dunno if that makes you reconsider your choice. @oggeboy@nanze
Just feel like there wasn't enough info given in the extra page so it's not really a fair debate. x)
AAAARGGH, cliffhanger! So good so far! Oh yeah, and english honorifics, I'll fill in the blanks myself if I have to. OOoooh, this is getting exciting. So following this manga from now on. Good job!
I'm fine with english honorifics, as that'd be consistent to the translation. Unless you think there's something worth re-working 'cause it would change something major about the story itself.
I dont mind either, though if there are more rare honorific coming and you decided on enligsh honorific, I dont mind a small tl on them. Its interesting.
