He's using IE 11 on Windows 10. Unless we're living in 2120, I won't consider Windows 10 is outdated.
Or maybe he runs the Windows 10 using VMWare installed on Windows XP? Who knows?

(Don't) Be like me, still using Windows 7 in 2021 and never had any trouble with any sites I visited. For now. Hehe.
