I already quit google chrome already changed to firefox, its not because of this story, its because of tracking, you will notice this on google ads showing.
there have changes in policy in web searching using google as search engine, you can't no more look pirate stuff on google not like i use it,
but sites that provide download stuff for translated light novel etc.. its harder to find it using google...
Already quitted before google become so big that it will control internet stuff( just hypothesis) but looking on recent development it might not be impossible
(you'll always be sending data to google).
