All I remember is that kids is this world have magic eye powers except the MC who all the kids besides the supporting cast treats like shit. Also he became a wanabe detective to make up for his lack of visual powers with observational skills.

I think there is an error translation in the chap, it's Toru's little sister who can see people's friendlist, that's why she said something like "Why are you siding with him whereas you're not even friends" knowing that her brother and the senpai were not friends. And that explains the ending.
