If you read page 1, the guys says "Alright. It's just as the tavern girl said. Nobody has come back from this high difficulty dungeon.". And this is exactly what MC says at the end (next to last page), quote "It seems to be very high difficulty. Nobody has ever come back."

Point is that it's almost a pyramid scheme for guys to enter this cave and return as a girl, and to keep the cycle going.
