Likely nothing serious since MC seems to be "remotely piloting" her to an extent and since they appear to be kind of like a hive mind and all... Likely the IQ is meant for her personality aspect when acting solo without MC driving. So when in combat, likely this has little effect.

Or everyone is fucked because the main cannons of a massive ship are being operated by someone with 4.5 IQ.
