@allenallenallen333 It's not as good as actual higher resolution source raws, but waifu2x's denoise and upscaling can do a passable job. Here's an example, the CUnet model, denoise level 1 and doubled in scale:

Though obviously you'd want to denoise/scale before the clean/redraw/typeset rather than scaling the final product as I've done here.

The GUI version of waifu2x is easy to use and doesn't necessarily require an nVidia GPU (it has a slower software mode):

Recommended settings are Denoise & Magnify, Level 1 denoise, 2x magnification size, "2-D illust (CUnet Model)" model. Output as PNG to take best advantage of the JPEG denoise.
