Is it possible to filter languages in my Follows?

My follows page is cluttered with manga updates of new chapters in languages I cant read. Is it possible to make it only show English(or any one language) updates for followed mangas?

@Anaweir You can set your filter languages in your profile settings (Filter Settings page), or you can click the globe icon in the top right (first filter). Make sure to click the button to confirm the settings and only choose the languages you want displayed.
