In the LN the Panda is suppose to be yellow. Stupid hiding spot considering it's barely bigger than he is. Considering those four have been trained to fight the Apostles it makes you wonder how an amateur like Ichirou is able to get so close to watch. In any case fool got caught. Elmira probably won't care considering how loose lipped she was about drinking Ryuuga's blood, but will be interesting to see how the others react.

when I asked my friend about it he said there was NTR in this.

And after reading the manga since the protagonist very heavily insists on being the friend character so I can see how it's gonna probably end up that way.

I can kinda imagine this manga as an anime. The anime would be funny as hell. I can easily imagine a lot of the scenes from manga in anime form vividly (whether that is caused by my rich imagination or my sleep-deprived brain is open to debate)

There is no NTR, there are just antagonists pushed into a role they fail at.

This series is mainly comedic, so expect to see a lot of usual shonen Tropes upended or downright subverted, while at the same time subverting subvertions.
