Is there a way to see older manga updates?

I missed out on manga for about 9 days and wanted to read all of it now that i have somebody free time but the update only go back as far as 7 days. Is there a way to go back a further?

If you're looking for your follows then they go back all the way to the start date of the site, if what you want is latest updates then your out of luck.

If you think this format isn't user-friendly, check out the H section. There's no way to see past mangas aside from the search function, follows lost, and history.
