Look at the comments. Even with that many self spoiler and literal plot explanation uttered by the characters, people still got confused.

Probably the editor noticed this and tell the mangka to make the manga spoil itself and add tons of explanations. To handhold the readers.

The implication was there in the previous two chapters, it's not really a surprise to me.

The idea was never to send Noah elsewhere, but to have him sleep until Earth is inhabitable again. I think the magic organ is also his mom's invention.
