You can usually just search the the title in kanji and it will be the first or second hit. I recommend just MTL it as the translator working on it isn’t that much better and they’re far behind the raws as of now.

Without further spoilers , we’re still way early in the story, somewhere in the 10-15 chapter range if I remember right.
