I'm 99% certain it just goes from 1 - 2.1

You can generally tell if theres missing content in this jumping format by two methods

One it flows together well

Two you can compare page count, Chapter 1 has a hefty amount of pages, but 2.1 and 2.2 each have about half of 1.
