Honestly, the barrier probably would have been more than enough. No way that crappy little knife would have been able to do anything to it.

Ah yes, let’s shakedown the guy who sold a dragon claw because he probably received something that valuable as a gift and not because he killed one... heck, even if he didn’t know it was a dragon claw, being able to clean out the shop at least tells you it’s some high level material

This manga gives a much different vibe than it did from the start. Feels more like a traditional adventure manga now that there's been no cooking aspect in a while. Even though I usually don't even touch manga that has a cooking tag on it, I kinda miss it in this.
