I wonder if the authors over in Japan that write this stuff actually enjoy it and think it's good. I mean, when they're essentially just copy pasting clichés and plot devices like in these Isekai stories, you'd think they get annoyed as much as us reading them and change it up.

Like... Just a little bit? Instead of the obnoxious prick "hero" cliché, have him instead be really smart management wise and help the mc run the orphanage in exchange for x service.
