1. You can see lasers which you cannot in reality.
2. You have time to adjust your small defense "shield" to block the laser that travels at LIGHTspeed which you would have no chance to do in reality.
3. The golem can only shoot the laser in a 90° angle directly forward from its head instead of in any direction its eye can look - like it would be possible in reality.
