Okay...his personality is a tad too dark and he's able to think 3 steps ahead of anyone (even when plotting a revenge), but he lacks what is needed to execute what he thinks.....and he's not someone who's easily swindled by others and thinks the worst, nastiest plot for the first who asks him
Anyway, there's no need to further search for pros and cons to his personality....i still just think that if the lady stopped being so over naive/righteous, she'd be a better character fitted for this kind of story

@FantasyMaster well what I mean isnt him swindled by others but rather he destroy himself, and this is what Illias tried to prevent (or protect him from). Even though its more like her woman intiution kicking (rather than she knew for sure what happen herself). So she moves not because her righteousness or naivetty, but more like her own feelings (In short she already fallen in love for him).
