Wait, so she has amnesia after all? At the start it seemed like she was a stranger with amnesia (that was possibly either his wife, or the alt-reality version of his wife), but quickly it seemed like she was his wife with all memories and that the scene in first chap was just he waking up sleepy and being entirely out-of-it (or possibly confused related to the sudden race change). But this chapter makes me wonder if she is a stranger (either shapeshifted wife or alt-reality wife) with amnesia after all and author has just been glossing over it in all other chapters.
