Chapter 7 colored version is pretty darn explicit and would fit right in as hentai.

It's not 15.2. Mangadex is showing the wrong details. Just continue reading the chapter. Although it's called Chapter 7 (colored version), there's only 1 colored page and everything else is still not colored. The main difference is massive decensoring.
