when manga went digital, and more specifically monthly manga, they decided to split chapters.
the translators have 2 choices, wait a month+ for the full chapter or translated as it goes, I dont like either option but I like the translate as goes option the most because it lets me know its still being translated rather then waiting 2-3 months to find out they dropped it.
