She will be provided those by Almus when she's proving her skills. She came with zero letters of recommendation, so it's her own fault she needs to show in practice she has what it takes.

Most Architects in these times would often also take the role of foreman meaning her leadership and organization skills will be tested.

If she can get the wall built in a fast and efficient manner without just stapling rocks on top of each other then she's proved her skills.

If she can't manage her workers and the repairs go on for days and weeks and the end result is a patchwork that can be destroyed by a light breeze then she's proven that she's more mouth than skill
