@BanditHadron Yes, i agree, it is petty to hate yuria based on such things. Yuria herself is a wonderful character. Well, pretty much shipping and "who's the best girl" debate comes down to personal, trivial, and petty things, and the "first wife" position is similar to "best girl" position while it is actually different (more political than anything). People who are upset at yuria is just upset that their preferred "ship" isn't canonically first place.

Maybe personal belief, but I still dislike multi wife or multi husband scenario. It just isn't my taste. But oh well, the story is interesting, so I'll keep lying to myself that Yuria isn't really the wife.. Story's too good I can't drop it.

@Triparadox Sorry for a 4 month old reply, especially in a topic you don't really fancy.
But I figured I'd least commend you for being able to judge something as "to my taste" instead of the mainstream "ermahgerd, this IS WRONG".

If you want my take, I honestly don't really care about the whole mono or poly routes (taking about manga in general, not just this one). All I want is a happy ending. If it's a Romance with one heroine, mono-ending all the way and I'll be happy as a clam. If it's a Romance with 2 heroines, poly-route with courage and I'll never be happier.
The problem is the 95% of manga where the author introduces extra girls for (shitty, unnecessary) "drama"; girls whose only fate is to have their heart broken. It's a pitiful existence, and it annoys me.

So, from my side. From the moment another girl is introduced (a girl with feelings for MC, obviously), poly- is the only real way. Otherwise, it just leaves a bad aftertaste.
