@Renan_Walheim Yuria has a nice everything, and she totally likes Almus. Dude's scoring two fine girls. His legend has barely begun but it's already going fine.

The look of the guy is fishy, the situation is fishy (why did they insist Yuria come? why did a dragon come just at that moment?), the dialogue is fishy (he's asking a lot of questions for a not-yet ally).

Hoping this guy is actually just overly friendly and it’s a bias with how often these types of characters due a 180. A hiccup or miscommunication seems more than likely but with a much more different culture than the Rosice maybe won’t be the corrupt/fox like noble.
