Are there isekai mangas where instead of gamers being reincarnater, it's like their avatar or game character is the one getting reincarnated instead? I'm just curious if there were mangas with this kind of concept..

If you mean MC reincarnated as a game character, then Log Horizon, SAO, Overlord like recommended above.
If you mean MC reincarnated and meeting with the game characters, then Leadale is one, that comes to mind and has manga, other I think about usually are just WN or at best have few LN volumes...

If you mean game character isekai'ing into MC's world, I've read a lot of those, most are one-shots though and there usually have separate website, or have to log in and turn the option to display them on...
