So.. was it the mistake of the translation team, or the mistake of the manga writer, that had the female leads know Diablo's name before he stated it? (Page 17)
I just checked the first episode of the anime, and it utilizes a much more natural "him" pronoun, rather than a proper name.
Likewise, the core lore of the story has him as an unknown summon, so it isn't as though there's any basis for them knowing the name.

That elf's ears are too big and saggy. When exactly did Japan get this notion that elven ears ought to protude half a mile out from the head in either direction? We're a long way from Tolkein's elves with the subtle, barely visible pointiness now.
Hmmm? The boobs? Oh, I guess it is unusual for an elf to be that busty, but there is nothing wrong with that. Just those damned ears that make her look like some sort of gremlin.

@SotiCoto An average manga elf is still closer to an average Western modern fantasy elf than a Japanese pig orc is to a Western orc. Kobolds also somehow turned into dog people when they arrived in Japan.
Who can say why the elf ears ended up like that. Maybe it's because anime style art isn't very subtle. Characters, especially female ones, are often distinguished by little else than the hair style/colour. Tolkien like elf ears would have gone unnoticed. Or maybe the Japanese just find the knife ears cuter. Perhaps some student in Japan has already studied the phenomenon in their Master's thesis, hah.
