Last panel: is that so hahaha.
My brain on the panel after that: the repeated back stabbing the guy is going to give... you don’t laugh when they revive you, your evil is way to obvious
This is why karma doesn't exist... lets save the person whose been trying to kill you, and has likely killed or crippled your own bodyguard already the girl who got eaten by the worm.
@GridLite if it was, for example Diablo beating someone and deciding to not kill it even if that decision later comes to bite his ass, even if i would have killed that someone to prevent future problems, i kinda can understand that him being the one who has beaten it has the right to decide what to do. But her?
A dude who betrayed her, killed the knight who was protecting her, that was about to kill her and her companions and when by sheer luck is suddenly defeated by some random monster... She feels she has the need to save him even if that means putting the life of her companions in danger just because... "maybe he will repent and live a decent life"???????
@Tearsax i guess the author is just fucking with us lmao since he might just doing this just for the sake of storytelling or stretching a storyboard
this is injustice goddammit
like imagine creating a problem just for you to solve it since for me at least that's what it looks like in this chapter.
While she is abit stupid to heal someone trying to kill her,
its very much so in character as she truly believes there is good in everybody and that "god" is still good despite everything she have seen.
is she naive and stupid ? yes.
but that is also part of the reason she is the high priest in the first place.
