Isekai Maou to Shoukan Shoujo no Dorei Majutsu - Vol. 13 Ch. 64.1 - Royal Capital II (part 1)

I'm surprised after all this time, Diablo can't manage to set an actual mind set as a demon lord from another world besides his skills and his ability to use them properly at times when it's needed.
Unlike Ainz, Diablo himself doesn't really give off the so-called Demon Lord vibe that every Demon Lord MC has
Even the demon lord who got isekai'd into McDonalds gave off a more Demon Lord-like vibe than Diablo

@Tmil
Yeah, no doubt it would flesh out his character to a new level. Giving his personality so far, if something like that occurred, I feel he would become an empty shell or second guess himself even more which leads to more failures. Just look at how he was when he thought the elf "dumped" him, now times it by ten if it was his actions that led to someone's death.
The comedy aspect would be completely snuffed out and the story would do a 180.

Okay, that glasses guy in the armor looks so much like a Japanese businessman. Almost looks too obvious so I'm going to guess that he actually isn't.

@Human_the_2nd You must be joking. Ruining people's health with garbage food might be evil, but no demon lord would still work at a hamburger joint.

@Human_the_2nd so, Maou Sadao was an actual demon lord, and Ainz had that skill/class trait that was affecting his mind and killing his emotions. Diablo has none of that, since he was just a regular guy with social anxiety role playing a demon lord. Social Anxiety isn't the kind of thing you overcome that quickly, and I'd say that role-play of his is similar to his coping mechanism.

@Epicredeemer At least Diablo did it for a long time and consistently, plus it was a self-sustaining delusion because, from the looks of it, he did gain some reputation as a mean PK aficionado. I reckon his gear was also very rare, granting him better chances to pull off such solo playing. Perhaps his dungeon had some infamy among other players. So, he really could get used to his role.

@Kaarme everybody wanted to raid his Dungeon -which Diablo went out of his way to promote- for his legendary loot.

Of course, that worked in Diablo's favor since his traps demoralized the hell out of in-game couples and real couples before they even got to him, if at all.
