I'm not a typesetter but even I know you shouldn't cut the word "Washing" as "Was" + "hing". It should be cut as "Wash" + "ing" instead. You can't just cut a word in a way that makes the spelling completely different.

I have done typesetting years ago, it's a big no-no but judging by the above argument it looks like the guy's a moron who's not even remotely interested in justifying his dumb choices.

Most shounen magazine don't show nipples in the magazine version. The scans with nipples come from the book version.

If the books aren't out yet then the scanlators would have to use the magazine versions. Or the magazine raws are available and not the book ones. Or none of them available but magazine raws are cheaper to buy. etc. There could be multiple reasons why.
