People who comment about 'mistreatment' of women in this manga forget that not only is this a work of fiction that's set in a different world, but that different world is also set in what appears to be the dark times of the medieval ages (probably even before that). They also forget not only how the MC is uncomfortable with the whole thing and does his best to not follow that system, but also how he's just a young adult who barely knew how to talk to the opposite sex. Works of fiction are meant to be enjoyed, stop stressing yourself out by needlessly inserting your morals where they don't fit.

the manga actually does have a story.
it just pads it out with 50 % fanservice.

Tho to be fair, that is faithful to the source material so I can't really complain.
The fanservice is going to drop a little bit( it never goes away because it is a daily ritual after all ) for a while while the party is introduced to Sherry and what she adds to the party and story.
until the end of this arc where it picks up again.
