Now I am wondering how this omniscient tome thingy describes alignments, in a sense of perspective, forces of "good", "evil", "neutral" etc.

What this manga is doing is closer to the original intent of Gygax

ok so the evil guys came and took all the elves then how did the older sister manage to survive and build up her wolf army and why was the little sister left behind? the dragon seems really blunt and not one for forethought so i doubt he came up with a plan to use the sister as bait not to mention how would they even know they were sister, the other elves wouldn't have told them anything?

@happybro Munchkin tends to mean completely OP (or wacky) character builds/gameplay that the DM has no clue how to counter, to hell with roleplaying. For example, the party might stand no chance in a fight against a black dragon, but collapsing a cave on it should do the trick

neutral good he save villager first and throw everyone else to the bin if needed. + MC is listed in evil god pantheon follower so he need to get neutral evil for help instead. + That dragon didn't attacked him due to the same reason probably.
