The manga is totally stopped even in Japan, I suspect that:
1) it wasn't well received and got cancelled, fully possible, the MC wasn't much, the world is a normal isekai, nothing worth of note or that catches interest
2) the artist and author couldn't work together, the MC was originally a fat dude, it was a important part of the plot, in the manga the artist made a normal adult man, with a good physique and a nice face, is totally different from the one in the novel, I guess that after being forced to actually read the WN he tried to fix the mistake and add weight to the protagonist, but it was really done badly. I think everyone noticed how strange the body change was

It seems to have died, unfortunate but not unexpected.

Nothing really stuck out about it and the progression was just too slow (not pacing but creating incentive to read). The MC probably didn't help since he isn't highschool boy but I enjoyed his more laid back nature. Shame I guess
